Nominations - Board of Directors Allied Position

BOMA Allied Members,

BOMA Greater Tampa Bay (GTB) is now accepting nominations for one opening, for an Allied (Service Provider) Member who will serve on the Board of Directors for the 2019 – 2020 term. Directors will serve a two year term beginning January 1, 2019 and ending December 31, 2020. As a BOMA GTB member you may nominate yourself or a fellow BOMA member for consideration as a Director. Please complete this form, a resume, and a statement of interest that will automatically go to Kent Walling at .

BOMA GTB Allied Members Only.  Board duties include, but are not limited to, the controlling of the property, funds and affairs of the organization. Additional service on a committee as a member or a chair is also required.  

Note that the Board generally meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month from 10:30 am until 11:30 am. Attendance at Board meetings, select committee meetings, and organization events is required. Before volunteering to serve, consider 1) your business and personal commitments relative to the time you would be able to donate to BOMA; and 2) your employer’s support of your potential endeavors with the association.

In order for this nomination to be accepted, a resume and statement of interest must be attached to this form explaining the candidates’ qualifications, leadership skills, interest level, and current or past position/s within BOMA GTB or any other local. If it is not attached, the ballot will not be accepted.
